In a town that I live,
Ghosts and goblins run loose in the night,
Preying on the sleepy dreams of young ones.
Witches and wizards wreak havoc on the night sky,
With potions and remedies casting wondrous glows
Of reds and yellows from their bubbling pots and black cauldrons.
Our only saviours from the vampires are the slayers,
Coming out at night with fearless thoughts and sharp-ended
stakes,
They strike fear in the ghouls, but police our streets like
heroes.
The only difference between my town and yours,
Is simple........................,
While this sounds like a dream to you,
It's reality to me.
