Tooms
For some strange peculiar reason Tooms is let out, even after Mulder testifies, they think he's nuts. But Mulder keeps his eye on Tooms. Doug Hutchinson does a great job playing the freak. Again there is an admission of love. This time in the car. She wouldn't put herself on the line for anyone but him. The scariest scene is when Tooms is chasing Mulder under the escalator. (Now don't tell me when you ride on one in the mall you don't think of Tooms). Oh and I almosst forgot to say hello to Skinner. Did you know that Doug was naked in that last scene??
