Mark's Home Page

Hi, my name is Mark Palumbo and welcome to My Home Page. I designed my page to give you a basic idea of who I am, where I've been, where I am going, and a variety of my interests.

History

I was born May 15, 1970 in Parma, Ohio(a suburb of Cleveland), to Constance and Steven Palumbo. For my first year of life we lived with my grandparents, Charles and Constance Ferrante. When my brother Michael was born, July 4th, 1971, we moved our new home in Parma Heights, where my parents continue to live with my younger brother, Steven(21), and my sister, Vicky(20).

I attended the Parma City Schools and graduated from Valley Forge High School in June of 88'. During high school, I got my first job working for Fist National Supermarkets as a cashier. After graduating, I pursued many jobs including restaurants, retail and banking. During my career in banking, I worked for Bank One, Cleveland, NA and then proceed to employment with Huntington National Bank, which was where I remained until I decided go to college in the fall of 95'.

For two years I was a Lifelong Learning student at Heidelberg College majoring in psychology and theatre. I chose to take traditional classes and reside in the campus housing provided. I was active in theatre and accepted the responsibility of being the Heidelberg Theatre's publicist. I am a member of Alpha Psi Omega, a National Honor Society for those active in theatre arts, and a little brother for the Euglossian Society.

In addition to theatre, I have a wide variety of other interest. I have a profound interest in new age and spiritual matters. For two year I serve as the president for the Cuyahoga Astrological Research and Teaching Association(CARTA) and was on the council for the Western Reserve Awareness Conference(WRAC), a conference held every fall dealing with astrology and new age. Both organization are located in Cleveland, Ohio. I dabble around in astrology and numerology and read tarot cards. I have provided links for you to find out more about the subjects, and even chart your own horoscope.

I have started my own Photo Gallery, which not only include more pictures of myself, but a some of my friends.

I hate to admitted it sometimes, but I am a fellow Trekie. I enjoy watching the shows, movies and reading the novels. Out of all the series Paramount has produced, I find Star Trek: Voyager my favorite with Star Trek: The Next Generation following a very close second. I am an active writer for Star Trek :Fronties and ASR. You can find more information about in the link to follow.
