Here's a good selection of the background textures that I've made for myself. These were made with various programs and by using varied techniques. All can be used for web pages and your Windows Desktop. To use these for your desktop background you'll need to convert the image to a BMP file and place it in your Windows folder. Some images tile better than others but they all do tile pretty well. I've put these here for your use in any non-commercial manner.
