Starry Wisdom Temple is a freehold in the Duchy of Cambria (what mortals call San Diego) within the Kingdom of Pacifica. Sir Pensius, a seelie knight of Cambria, holds the land for his liege-lord, Count Tormentil, and Duke Valerian. In addition to being a haven for the homeless, both fae and mortal, the temple is also the home of a UFO cult run by Sir Pensius in his mortal identity of Rev. Llewellyn Sorenson. He figures that if the moon landing caused so much glamour that the sidhe returned from Arcadia, then getting people to believe that little green men were coming to Earth should generate quite a bit of glamour too. As this seems to be working, his liege-lord reluctantly permits him to continue this rather undignified enterprise.
 

Sir Pensius: A sidhe nobleman with a silver tongue seeking to inspire mortal creativity by running a UFO cult (and home for wayward changelings) in North County. Pensius is definitely a talker, not a fighter, relying on his quick wits and charming presence to get what he wants and stay out of trouble. (mortal identity: Rev. Edward Grey-Wolf: a coyote pooka with a magic "Acme Backpack" which provides him with improbable devices. He claims to be the inspiration for the Coyote/Roadrunner cartoons, but then pooka claim a lot of things. (mortal identity: now that depends, doesn't it? Player: Bill Stoddard)

Jenny Nettles: a wandering eshu musician and gifted storyteller who knows how to make herself at home anywhere. Especially in the beds of attractive male changelings...(AKA Mollie Underhill, Maggie Wren, and others Player: Allison Lonsdale).

Chamone: a noble sidhe childling of House Eiluned fostered by Count Tormentil, Pensius's arrogant and traditionalist liege-lord, who has been entrusted into Sir Pensius's care so that she can learn the ways of the other kith. Originally naive and trusting, her time at the Temple has turned her jaded and disgruntled in a cute little girl kind of way. She has a magical pearl necklace that once belonged to Madonna. Lord Erendil of Misthold Vale: an extremely handsome unseelie sidhe noble who works in the movie industry. He has a chimerical antelope (actually, a bongo) companion named Giselle who punctures his ego when it starts to inflate too much. He is geased to always guard against the destruction of glamour (but a little ravaging here and there doesn't hurt...) (mortal identity: film star Aaron Hunter. Player; Marc Biagi)

Toby: a redcap childling with a very narrow focus: food. Since redcaps can eat literally anything (and lots of it), this makes him quite a handful to manage. He has a chimerical toy battlesuit (Sgt. Slaughter Battlesuit™) that makes him dangerous as well as ravenous. This is why Sir Pensius' hair is turning gray long before its time... (player: Jeffrey Bryson)

Mel: a nocker childling that spends most of his time in his basement workshop trying to exercise his nocker skills in making enchanted items. Most of his projects end with a boom. Franklin: Sir Pensius's loyal troll retainer. Franklin uses his prodigious muscles to round up Toby's dinner, defend his lord's person, and fend off the (sort-of) unwanted advances of Jenny Nettles. (NPC)

Mrs. Bouquet: the boggan housekeeper of the Temple, Mrs. Bouquet ("that's pronounced "Bucket"") has to feed many hungry appetites and clean up after nocker explosions and redcap mealtimes. Pensius pays her quite well...

*this refers to a Native American tradition of naming their children after the first thing their mother sees after childbirth.
