Brief Histroy

Rahne is an orphan who was raised by priest Craig, resulting this into her being quite shy and self-repressed. When her mutant power, turning into a wolf, appeared, the priest, and she, herself, thought that it was due to the demon, and tried to exhorcise her (of course, the hard way), but fortunately, she stepped into Moira Mctaggert, who adopted and protected her. She went to the Proffesor Xavier's Gifted Youngter School to learn to control her ability, and joined the New Mutant as founder member.

During the time she spent there, she held a relationship with Cypher, who died trying to save her from a shooter. Some time later, the Genoshans captured the team, and Rahne was turned a Mutate, genetically programmed to obey Alex Summers (by that time a magistrate). That's why after recovering freedom by turning into her wolf form, she rather joined X-Factor (with Alex as chief) than X Force (the team that born from the New Mutants).

She believed that she was in love with Alex, knowing nothing of her genetic bonds, and since she couldn't revert to the human form, stayed in a werewolf state, turning more beastly until Haven healed her.

She has joined lately Excalibur.
