The Games of Saberhaven
Horunes vs. Breeze
His opponent steps into the Arena, a Rager Fighter known as Breeze, who wears the same type of clothing. He carries a battle axe in his hands, and walks to the center of the Arena. Taking the offered mug, Breeze says, "I am never one to turn down an offering." He chugs the beer down and the crowd goes wild over this interesting display.
Horunes follows suit and gulps down the beer throwing the mug to the ground.
Breeze is known to always give a fair fight. He is known to carry many Anything Weapons and Armors. This looks to be a great fight, and it will boil down to the fighter who utilizes the best strategy.
As soon as Breeze chugs the beer he slices at Horunes' neck and chest with the axe.
Horunes unslips his axe from his side and quickly brings the axe up to parry both of Breeze's attacks.
Breeze continues his attacks and swings his two-handed axe towards the chest of Horunes. The axe slices into Horunes' blocking left arm, cutting through the safari outfit and meeting flesh.
Horunes, feeling the pain now, shows a look of determination and swings his axe towards the head of Breeze.
Breeze dodges and manages to avoid what probably would have been a killing blow. Breeze uses his dodge to his advantage and swings his axe slicing into Horunes' chest.
The crowd watches as Horunes seems to just ignore the wounds he is recieving, and is stunned at this warrior's determination. Horunes brings up his axe once more and attacks the Rager, dealing a ugly looking wound to the warrior's left side as Breeze tries to dodge the attack.
Breeze moves in once again swinging the Battle Axe for Horunes head. Horunes quickly brings his axe up to parry the attack. Horunes' safari clothing shifts into a suit of full plate.
Breeze's clothing shifts at the same time to take on the same view as Horunes' plate mail. Breeze attacks again with the axe and catches Horunes in the left shoulder cutting through the armor and causing a wicked gash in Horunes' shoulder.
Horunes seems to finally be affected by the attacks set on him by the Rager. Horunes lifts up his axe and attacks Breeze, slicing open the armor and embedding itself in Breeze's left torso. The crowd sees blood gushing from the wound, yet Breeze somehow stays on his feet.
Breeze goes berserk attacking twice in quick succession before Horunes can get his defense up. He hits Horunes twice in the chest making Horunes armor look like it went through a grinder.
The crowd cheers at this awesome display of fighting prowess. Horunes recovers from the assault and lifts up his massive axe, swings it at Breezes arm, slicing through the armor and going all the way through the arm.
Breeze cries out in pain then falls to his knees clutching at the savage wound. The crowd is stunned as they watch Breeze slowly go unconscious.
The priests come out to the field and carry the badly hurt man off the field so he can be healed.
Horunes swings his axe around and then bows to the cheering crowd. Horunes then exits the Arena.
