The Games of Saberhaven
Sky Shadow vs. Delgoth Telva
On one side is the ninja, Sky Shadow. The crowd is watching for some very good moves to come from this guy. He's wearing the suit of the ninja and carries many weapons on his body, which in itself is a weapon.
On the other side is a feared competitor named Delgoth Telva, with his dark skin, a race known as the Dark Elves, and should be feared for his fighting prowess and cunning.
This will be a great fight and the fighter with the best fighting prowess will win.
Sky Shadow makes a mad dash at the dark elf. Jumping into the air, Sky Shadow launches three daggers at his opponent. They all fly through nothingness as Delgoth seems to have disappeared.
The crowd hears a whistling as three crossbow bolts streak towards the Ninja. The Ninja nimbly dodges two of the bolts while the third bolt hits Sky Shadow in the left leg.
The dark elf appears to the ninja's left, and shoots three more crossbow bolts, hitting the ninja once in the right upper torso. The dark elf slowly rises even more and launches another three bolts at Sky Shadow while he runs for his daggers. Two fly right by the ninja's head and the other imbeds itself in the ninja's back.
Shy Shadow dives and grabs two of his daggers, jumps up to his feet, and juggling the daggers in his hand, he lauches them one at a time at the dark elf. The first flies wide while the second hits Delgoth in his chest, and a gasp escapes from the Dark Elf's lips.
The dark elf once again disappears from sight.
Sky Shadow stands in a defensive stance waiting with his dagger in hand.
Delgoth appears right behind the ninja, and prepares to attack.
Sky Shadow quickly turns around and throws his dagger which embeds itself in the arm of Delgoth.
Delgoth moves in with his two short swords attacking three times in quick succession. Slicing the ninja in the arm, then causing a nasty injury to the ninja's left leg, he then slices a long cut across the ninja's chest.
Sky Shadow seems to be wavoring against the dark elf's attacks.
The ninja unsheaths his katana and moves in for the attack, striking at Delgoth and slicing a wound on the dark elf's leg.
Delgoth returns two of his own attacks, only connecting once, but it was another wicked wound in the upper torso causing the ninja to drop his sword and fall to the ground unconsciously for the loss of blood.
Delgoth sheaths his swords, and bows to the cheering crowd who seemed to have loved this fight. He then confidently strides out of the Arena showing no hint of pain from the wounds he himself had recieved.
The priests move into the Arena taking the unconscious ninja off the battle field.
