All her clothes are in varying shades of grays and are normally mane of good quality sturdy material. Typically she is seen to be wearing her hooded cloak (deep gray), blouse, vest and lace up the side pants which are tucked into black leather riding boots. Her features are somewhat angular for even an elf, making her look more hawklike and detracting from any natural beauty she may have had as an elf. She wears no jewelry other than a holy symbol tucked into her blouse; as well she also disdains ornamentation on her clothes and gear. The only thing that bears any ornamentation at all is her sword, even it's scabbard is untooled dark gray leather. One other thing about Bladesingers that I forgot to mention. They have tattoos depicting their weapon of choice, normally done as cats. The type of cat reflects the weapon choice. Since she has chosen Long Sword, she has a tattoo of a black panther that encircles her right arm. These tattoos basically mark her order and are signs of respect among elven warriors of most types. Personality: Lirielle is very withdrawn in the company of others, even her own people. No one has been able to discover the reason, although people link it to her parents disappearance. Her smiles ar as rare as roses in winter, but when she does laugh the air is almost vibrant with her tinkling tones. Many people have told her she has the voice of a bard and should pursue it, but she ignores them all. Most see her as uncaring and somewhat cold, but underneath it all is the broken heart of a poet that seems to die a little more with every sweep of her sword. She exhibits traits found very worthy wherever she goes: honest, hard working and dutiful. Brief Background: Lirielle was the only child of her parents, and ended up living with her cousin's family after her parents disappeared. Whatever happened to them has changed her life drastically. People thought it quite odd that she gave up the pursuit of being a Bard at the age of 30 to become a Bladesinger and has furiously worked at it since then; almost as if her soul depended on it. Lirielle's wanderings had mostly kept her in Kalbese, among other elves. She became more and more curious about the outside world and the danger that lurked in it. She decided to visit Saberhaven City, the most notorious of such places. Grabbing passage on a ship out of Crossroad, she met a high elf, who was also travelling to Saberhaven. He was a knight from a lesser noble house named Nikk Caive. The two traveled together, and got along surprisingly well. Once in the city, Nikk boarded his horse in one of the most expensive stables in town. Lirielle knew she was dealing with a type she'd never associated with before. The two discovered some of the town together for a few days. On a lark, Lirielle suggested they attempt to join an expedition party. Nikk agreed and the two of them headed to the Rottin' Corpse, a tavern where a man was gathering adventurers. Notes: Lirielle has only 1 or 2 friends, and even they are not very close to her, although that is not through lack of them trying. Her dedication to being a Bladesinger is only seconded by her religious beliefs. One flaw that she has, that will cause her to draw blade and challenge is any disparaging remarks made about her parents; this flaw has gotten her in trouble several times, although her reputation has bailed her out each time. She would have trained with a Blade Singer who would have trained her in both Mage and Fighter classes. From your email I decided that while she would be able to get the elven chain, she doesn't have the background or money to buy it. I did however, given her a free spellbook that her Master would have given her due to her diligence in learning the craft.
