The Fugitive Way

In a recent episode of the latest incarnation of the 1960s series The Fugitive,
Dr. Kimble found himself in the City by the Bay.  While filming on location, actor Tim Daly was
seen walking near the famous orange bridge.

I was unaware that they had ever been here until I saw the episode.  But since this location happens to be
along my weekly bicycling route, I thought I'd snap a picture.  In the photo, it looks as if the place where
I stood is separated from San Francisco, but it only appears that way because it's nearly the northernmost
point in the city, in the Presidio.

ShowBiz Trivia
Some of you will remember that Tim's sister, Tyne Daly (Cagney & Lacey), did some S.F. location filming herself when she worked with Clint Eastwood in the first Dirty Harry movie.  Among other places, she visited Alcatraz Island.
