C-3PO is a protocol droid with specialized programming in droid/human relations, language translation and interpretation. He is bipedal, with a gold-colored body. He is fluent in over six million galactic languages and six million ways of being inopportune. Since meeting up with Luke Skywalker, C-3PO has shared many adventures with his counterpart, R2-D2, and the Heroes of Yavin.

Carbonite is a strong metal alloy. One of its uses is as a preservative for materials such as Tibanna gas.
Chewbacca is a two-meter-tall Wookiee who serves as first mate and copilot on the Millennium Falcon. Over two hundred years old, he has spent his last few decades at the side of Han Solo. Like all Wookiees, Chewbacca is covered in shaggy fur and communicates in a series of grunts, growls, and terrifying roars. He is extremely strong, even for a Wookiee. His deep friendship with Han Solo has only intensified over the years. Chewie owes Han a life debt, because the Corellian destroyed his career to free the Wookiee from slavers. When Han Solo was frozen, Chewbacca joined the gambler and friend Lando Calrissian to look for his friend.

It is the capital of the Empire, where the Emperor created his Imperial Palace and where he maintain most of his fleet, along with freighters, skyhooks, satellites and other ships. Almost the entire planet surface is covered with the marks of civilization, which gives this world an unique position in the galaxy.
