More of the Acronyms were provided by a mini lister with obviously nothing better to do than shuffle around dusty ancient manuscripts (his own words) to gather them. Nigel also, I am assured, pays attention to his car 'Badger' sometimes too.
Thanks also to Mike, who helped with the Biological Acronyms and is Merlin on my friends page. We sat at his computer for hours one evening while he reeled them off and I typed them in quick so we wouldn’t forget where we were up to.
Other people who have helped with this have thier names beside the acronym(s) that they have helped with.
Various acronyms are 'fun' ones, i.e. email or 'TIC'. I haven't
segregated them, as some of them are in one or two catagories and having them all together makes them easier to look up.
If you don't like swearing - don't read very far! :-)
This page is now getting a bit big so I have split it up into seperate letters, unfortunately I had an 'accident' whilst doing this and lost a few. It is in the process of being repaired.
