AAAAARRRRGGGHH!!!!

"AAAAAARRRRRRGGGGGGHHHHHH!!!!!!"
I didn't know that kind of sound could come out of me, but it was exactly what I said when I saw what Braak was doing with my English paper
. With two strong claws, Braak was holding my precious project. Dragon-sized bite marks had made considerable changes in the writing. For some reason, he seemed to be eating the paper that had been printed on and was throwing away the margins where no ink could be found.
"WHAT IN THE HELL ARE YOU DOING?"
Braak looked up at me and uttered the new sound. I suspected he had been watching Peanuts cartoons, because the sound was the closest a dragon could come to 'bleah'.
"Blah," he piped again.
I must have been projecting some of the things I wanted to do to him right then, because he dropped the paper and shot under my bed. He cooed softly, poking his horned nose out from his hiding spot and looking at me through the lace fringe. It was obvious what he was doing: trying to look cute so that I would calm down.
Unfortunately, because I really wanted to be mad at him, it worked. "Oh come out, you little fiend. I'm not going to hurt you."
He waddled out from under my bed, one huge dust bunny stuck on his tail. I giggled, and Braak broke out in an ear (or whatever you call them on a dragon) to ear draconian smile. He stretched his long neck around and looked at me from underneath his belly, a thoroughly irresistible pose, and projected hunger while thinking of my paper.
With a sigh, I relented. "Oh, take it. I don't think Professor Dietri is going to take it the way it is now, anyway."
I watched as he spread his purple wings, large in comparison to his body. He flew the short distance up to the top of the table and grasped the ruined page. He nibbled on a sentence, finished the paragraph off, and belched contentedly. Small plumes of smoke escaped from the corners of his mouth.
"Keep that up, and I won't have to go out and buy new lighters anymore," I said to the sluggish, purple form. "Just don't set the room on fire, ok?"
"Braak," he responded.
