Weaving A Universe -- Examining the threads of Jonathan Bogart's Tapestry.
- "Everyone should have a universe of their own," says Jonathan. While that is undoubtedly true, I doubt that most people would do as much with it, or as well, as Tapestry. In just a handful of chapters, Jonathan has created characters that are already interesting, intriguing, exciting and more. Tapestry shows us what 'fan fiction' can acheive when used to the full of its potential. Tapestry © 1998 Jonathon Bogart
Censored Views -- An evening watching Channel Zero.
- Variously described as everything from "a nasty paranoid dream of a TV nation" to "mind enriching fun", Wood's creation is one of the more intriguing comics around. Set in a near future, where the special interest groups have taken over and the government sanitises the media, Channel Zero looks at an America where the old tenant of "Freedom of the Press" no longer applies. Anthropomorphic Antics -- Have you hugged your Weasel today?.
- To those of you who says web surfing is a pointless waste of time, I say -- well, I say yes, most of the time. Occasionally, however, you do come across something that is actually worth the hours you've spent trying to find something on the net which isnn't either pornagraphic or just plain trash. And sometimes you find things like Weasel Boy and Quack, Duck of Doom... Weasel Boy / Quack © 1998 The Brothers Grinn
