Update Archive
1999

(December 23, 1999) I finally finished that Spirit page, which outlines some of the different races of spirits. I've also updated both the Sorcery page and the Races page with links to that document. It's Christmas Eve tomorrow. I'm so excited. Never believing you can say it too many times, Merry Christmas from Lan Mesinsure.

(December 21, 1999) I went on a huge art splurge, and made many additions to the Art Gallery character pictures. These additions include pictures of Aves, Candy, Virana, and a few more. Check em out if you're interested. Some pictures are used in other documents as well. On another note, I don't usually do this, but there's a really good Christmas pic at the Diablo II homepage that I think some of you might like.

(December 20, 1999) I took the trio page off the entry page. It took off loading time. Instead, I've moved it inside, but I put up the Christmas pic for now. On that note, we'd like to wish all our visitors (and everyone else) a safe and happy holiday season.

(December 15, 1999) With a combination of school and Christmas, the newest update is the addition of this month's episode of Legends of Xeplin, Souled Out. For those of you who prefer fantasy over science fiction, this one's for you. Also, as you can see, I moved the update section up a bit, so that people can know whether or not we've updated at a glance.

(November 19, 1999) The Elemental Races has been finished and added to the Sorcery and Races page. The page of Spirit Kind should be finished soon too.

(November 15, 1999) With school and stuff, I was surprised to update when I did. I put up the Sorcery section, which for now only has the Properties of Magic but more stuff is in the works. And I am happy to announce that the Loss of Paradise, the second episode from Tales of Lan Mesinsure which was cancelled because it was obliterated, is being rewritten. Also, in an attempt to make me look hip, I added some colour to the articles in the History and Races sections . . . it's not working.

(November 9, 1999) The second installment of Legends of Xeplin has arrived. 1999 seems to be a big year for prequels. Find out why with Empathy, which takes place a year before SYNN.

(October 30, 1999) The candle flames burn themselves into darkness. The stagnant winds of death, decay, and evil lurk on the air. For soon, my friends, soon will be the night of greater spirits and wraiths and demons. All Hallows Eve approaches swiftly. On that eventide, make for the bridge.

(October 25, 1999) The big day has finally arrived! Read the award winning premiere of Legends of Xeplin, SYNN, has debuted on Lan Mesinsure. Also check out the Legends of Xeplin section. I hope to have some more stuff there, like bios or pictures or something.

(October 16, 1999) I tried a new coming soon picture for Legends of Xeplin, but it didn't work out, so I put up the old one. Nine days left.

(October 11, 1999) WARNING! WARNING! SYSTEM ERROR. Unfortunately, we didn't get a warning. As of yesterday, the whole of my hard drive which held the entire webpage was blown out of existence in a fury of electrons and HD clusters. Many things were salvageable, one of which the series Legends of Xeplin, which will remain on date. Unfortunately, the Loss of Paradise was utterly lost, and I'm not sure when I'll write it again. Fourteen days, my friends, fourteen days.

(October 9, 1999) Sixteen days until the big day, when the award-winning premiere of Legends of Xeplin is brought to Lan Mesinsure. Now, us being Canucks, we'd like to wish a Happy Thanksgiving to all you other Canucks out there.

(September 29, 1999) Well, I've updated my Elven Races page with an addition from chat bud Masamune. And the date of Legends of Xeplin is slowly but surely approaching. Aren't you just giddy? Also, the Tales of Lan Mesinsure was updated with the fanfic format of GFW.

(September 20 1999) I've decided to make the release date for Legends of Xeplin October 25. No particular reason. Just because. I also added the Vicki 'n Skeet picture, but since it wasn't character pics from ToLM, I had to make a whole new page for it.

(September 15 1999) Frankly, I thought I would have updated earlier. Anyway, what I consider "big news" has sprung here at Lan Mesinsure. Legends of Xeplin, a new science fiction series, will debut sometime in October. Although the exact date is yet to be announced, the premiere fic, SYNN, will be posted next month. I can't wait!

(September 7 1999) Amid the chaos of back to school, I was looking hard at the character bios, and I took them out. I realized that the only reason I put them in was to show you their pictures. It didn't seem to click well with the rest of the page, so I removed it, and replaced it with an Art Gallery. I also added a Links page, and a new picture to the Entryway Page.

(September 5 1999) Only a day later, and already we have a new look. I've grouped the different documents into several sub-pages from the Main Hall. I hope this is more convenient. I've also added the first story to the fanfic archive, New Generation. Check it out!

(September 4 1999) After months of preparation, Lan Mesinsure, the Lost Archives of Atlantis, is finally up and running. I've done my best to fit the picture I had for it. Of course it isn't finished yet, so check back to see new additions frequently!
