Caramon
was strong from birth. He was healthy and Kitiara needed to spend little
time with him to know that he would survive. As he was growing up he was
always larger than others his age. That with his good looks mad him very
popular among the other children. He learned from an early age how to take
care of his physically weaker twin, often protecting him from the bullies
that didn't like the haughty, smaller brother. He received his first sword
from Kitiara who taught him how to use it properly. He later advanced this
skill against the hopeful knight Sturm. Caramon was the muscle of the companions
during the War of the Lance. Be it killing draconians or slamming goblin
heads together, Caramon was always in the center of the fight.
At the end of the war he married the barmaid and companion Tika and he started building a home for them in Solace. Soon though he fell into a deep depression over the loss of his brother, who had turned towards darker goals, and began to frequent the Inn of the Last Home more often, drinking more and more dwarf spirits. With time the mighty hero of the lance became the town drunkard. After an embarassing visit from Tanis, Tika forced Caramon to go to Wayreth for news of his brother. It was from there that Caramon travelled back in time and was forced to fight in the arena of Istar. He soon rebecame the giant of his former self and was forced to follow Raistlin/Fistandantilus through time so that the black robe could carry out his plans. Upon completing from this adventure, Caramon returned to a surprised Tika, finished building their home, and helped raise five children. |
