Description Of The Original Characters   The Second Generation   Gilthas Kanan  
Gilthas Kanan is the son of Tanis and Laurana. He was a frail child who always longed to see his homeland, Qualinost. His parents would not let him and therefore when the opportunity arose, he was too excited to see that it was a trap. He was kidnapped by politicians and became the new Speaker of the elves. While this would have been a powerful position in the past, it was now a station of little importance, and Gilthas became a puppet for elven politicians.
