aigth before u try this move u should be able to bust windmills with no hands...but in my opinion babies are easier than regular windmills... ok this is what u do..start out your regular windmills and do a couple of rounds to get some momentum...durin your first couple of times of tryin this move this is what u do..once you are on your back tuck your legs in close placin your knees on your chest or as close as u can get it...and u should have enough momentum to do one rotation from the speed of your windmill..when u do this u must roll over on your forhead...once u are on your back again this is the hard part...inorder to keep goin what u do is kick your legs out alittle bit to get your back of the floor but not to much that your legs will be outa place..when u kick your legs and your back is in the air for a very short amount of time try to turn usin your hands and roll of your forhead...u should continue to use your hands untill u can get enough momentum to pull of a couple of rounds with out hands... what i usually do it start with hands and once i get mad speed i just tuck my hands close to my body and just roll of my forhead to pull of a few no handers...then as i slow down i use my hands again and do the same thing....if u want to give it some style what i do is when i am on my back i spread my hands out and as turn i tuck them back in and do it again..this makes it look even phater... well i hope this wasn't to hard to understand...just keep practicing... and i hope this helps alot of u.....peace...
