Backspins


Well this move is pretty self explanitory if u really think about it..usually when people hear the word breakdancing its this they always think about...well this is what u do...
1.Lay on the floor..on your right side with your right shoulder on the ground..
2.Now bring your left leg back and swing it hard towards the right in a wide arch circle..
3.If u swing your left leg in a circle corectly it will force u to roll on your back and u will start spinning... now tuck your legs and arms in close to your body and try to spin on your uper back pickin the rest of your body of the floor..
the less of your body that touches the ground the easier it is to continue spinning..
the harder u swig your left leg the longer u will spin..
