Backtracks
Backtracks are to be done durin your 6-step...backtracks are mostly things that are done on your back..
if u want mad style in your scramble u might want to touch up on this..i do this all the time....but what i mosty do
is just go from a 6-step to my back and just get creative i do alot of twisting and turning things like grabbin one leg
with my hand and makin like alittle loop and slidding my other leg through than like i turn around and switch hands and
slide the other leg through and its looks mad tight and i like to go into
like one rotation of baby windmills and right back on my back doin some crazy creative shit..there are many
things u can do...just be creatice move your feet alot...i am goin to try and explain one little move that is mad tight..
to bust out in your 6-step when u get on your back....what u do is lay on the floor on either your left or right side..
i am goin to explain layin on the left side cause i am more comfortable that way but i can do it either way...aight as i
was sayin get on your left side...make sure that from your waist down is flat on the floor...and your uper body off of the floor
but not to high of the floor your upper body should be leaning towards the floor and held up by your hands...now from here
what u want to do is..practice moving your feet back and forward..but also make sure that your right leg is above
your left..now keep them swingin back and forward..and now this is where the sliddin comes in..what u do is push off of your
hands so that as your legs are moving back and forward u are also pushing of with your hands causing your body to slide
as your legs are swingin...and thats it..just make that look nice and clean and just slide across the floor...and if u want u can practice
on both your left and right side..so if u start on your left side u can just turn your body around and slide on your right side..thats what
i do..it looks phatter that way....(note:this move shoud not be done alone..make sure u use it like from your 6-step or any other move u can t
think of that will go good with this...if u just go out and bust this move out...it will look mad gay)..so..just practice doin some shit on your back...
like i said just get on your back and start moving your legs around u will come up with something...trust me...
