stand up straight....
1. Jump up in the air and lean forward..
2.As u are fallin catch your self with your hands..
3. Now u should be in like a mini hand stand position..
4.What u do from here is push yourself off of your hands and back onto your feet..
and continue from step 1 over and over....
When u do this move try to jump up really high and then catch your
self as u fall..and as your hands touch the floor push off right away
and jump high in the air once again...do it continousely don't stall in between..
