Hand Glides

Hand glides are pretty tight if u can hit it of nice...in this move u are spinning on either your left or right hand while also holdin up your hole body with your hands....aight this is what u do...
1.u must learn and practice the position u will be in....what u do is get on your knees take either your left hand or right hand hand tuck in your elbow right in the middle of your stomach...make sure it is placed just right if not it will be hard to suport your self...now what u do is...lean forward so that the hand that is tucked in your stomach is touching the floor...so that your hole body is in suport of the hand that is tucked in your stomach..keep your feet bent at the knees so that theyare stickin up in the air..and your other free hand should be out to the side also helpin u to balance...now if u are in the correct position your entire body should be off the floor..only your hands should be holding u up... also with the ahnd that is tucked in your stomach try to curl your fingers up so that only you lower palm is touchin the ground... it is important that this isdone so it will be easier to spin...now practice this position alot until u can balance your self up for as long as u want...once your balance is achieved u can move on...
2.now u are ready to start spinning u might want to get a piece of cloth to place under your hand that is holding u up other wise it will be hard to spin without breakin your wrist if u do not have one then just improvise by placing your hand under your shirt and use that to spin..and also don't try to do this on carpet..cause that will be very stupid..and u will get no where...cause it will be inposible to spin on a carpet...make sure u are on a smoth surface....
3.now that u have a piece of cloth under your hand...and in the correct position u are ready to start spinning...this is where your free hand comes in handy.. it should be out to the side and what u do is push of with your free hand which will cause your body to spin....atfirst u might fall a couple of times but just keep practicing and go slow until u can spin continuousely...u got to keep pushing off at first freequently until u have mastered the move then what u do is push off a couple of times until u get enough speed then stop pushing and just glide around in circles..then once u start slowing down push off again to continue this..also if u are pretty advanced u can gat a phat combo from this move..what i like to do is..this move then fall into either windmills or babies then kickout..or back up into this move..or just this move down to a backspins.. but thats only if u are an experienced breaker....
