Head glide

This move is mad tight if u can pull it off nice and smooth across a dance floor or in circles..
if this move is done correctly people will be amazed and u will get props for this..
if u can bust headspins this move will be easy for u to start off...but if not u should start of by tryin to achieve maximum balance in a headstance position...try to be able to balance perfectly what i mean by this is that your hole body should be in one straight line and u should be able to up for as long as u want wiht out fallin...now if u have echieved perfect balance move on to the next step... 1.now that u can balance...what u must try to do now is u have to pretend u are riding a bike have your feet bent at the knees and move your feet as if u were peddaling a bike...as a bigginer this legmotion helps u move alot easier..but as u master this move u will be able to move your leg anywhich way u like.... 2.After u practice the leg motions and mastered that corectly..now u will have to work on movin.. the movin part is very simple...u move around with your hands..first get on your head...(by the way a beanie or skully might reduce the pain) once on your head..start movin your feet like u are peddling a bicycle then slowly at first push your self forward with your hands nice and slow..and keep practicing pushing your self around..and thats pretty much it.. when u have mastered this istead of pushin the hole way with your hands what u can do is push yourself once and go as far as u can then catch your self and repeat...also if u can bust headspins u can put together a phat combo..first do a headglide and catch your self and then but your headspins right away.......
