Hydrolix

Hydrolix are really just jackhammers if u know that that is...but instead of only balancing on one hand u balance on two.. this move is verygood if u have trouble balancing in a onehanded jackhammer position....
Now before u start..read my description on handglides...cause the positioning will be the same exact...with your dominate hand holding your body up and your ther hand placed out to the side for suprt and to help u move....aight unlike the handglide when u do hydrolix u do not spin around u hop around....aight this is what u do...first get in the handglide position which u should know by now... now before tryin the move u have to practice hopping..just get in the corect position and push your self up with your hand suporting your body.. push your self up and down..but not to highin fact not even high at all..just make sure your hand comes of the floor alittle...and your intire body in the air for like a split second... now practice this...after u have that mastered..u have to now learn how to move..aight after u get your hoppin down good..this is where your other hand comes in which should just be out in front of u...just like in the handglide u use this hand to push your self around..so this is what u got to do..as u hop...push off with your free hand that should be out to that side..push off as if u were hitting something to make it spin more and more...so if u push off corectly u should turn around facing another direction..that may seem confusing..but if u don;t understand how to spin your self look at my handglid description and u spin your self like that...u also wantt o make sure that u spin your self when your body is off the floor...and as u hop try to also turn your body around as u go..that will help with the spinning..
