This move is a phat move that can be added into your six step as a tech...there are many more
variations of this move such as one legged swips,tornado swips,air swips etc.
but for now lets just stick witht he basics and learn normal swips first..
1. First you get in a position like you were gonna do a bridge u should be on all fours
with stomach facing the ceiling..
2. Next lift your left hand up and swing it to the right placing it next to your right hand..
3. At this time your uper body should be facing to the right..now kick your left leg in the air and
swing your right leg under it...
4.At this time both legs should be in the air and your stomach should be facing the ground....
sort of like a mini handstand..u will only be like this for no longer than a second
5.Now as u know what goes up must come down..as your legs come down towards the floor
land on your left foot then continue to turn over and your right foot will come down on the ground..
6.You are now where u started just repeat again from step 1..
This move looks mad phat if it is done corectly and in one continuouse motion...just keep practicing...
