Terry Goodkind's TEMPLE OF THE WINDS Terry Goodkind has become one of my favorite authors. This is the fourth book in the Sword of Truth series. Yes, the plot is similar to the WOT series, but it reads easier and faster. And, so far, there are only four books in this series. The writing is fantastic, and the characters are people I actually ended up caring about. Check this one out!!!!!

It is an excellent beginning to the world that lies within, and to the lives of Richard Cypher, the mother confessor Kahlan (I love this name), and the wonderfully funny wizard Zedd. Read it! Marion Zimmer-Bradley's MISTS OF AVALON This is a wonderful novel about the Arthurian legends told from Morganne LaFae's point of view. She comes off not as the evil witch, but rather as a misunderstood pagan priestess, trying to do what is best for her country. It's beautifully written and definitly a can't miss novel!
