Capsule: Grand Admiral Reinbaker is 65 years old and the leader of CRAM's navy. Born in to rich parents Reinbaker joined the Navy for adventure. After going to the academy and graduating top of his class reinbaker was placed on the bridge of a cruiser during the clone wars. Reinbaker had a knack for knowledge and tactics and history. In one instance during the clone wars the squadron that reinbaker was in was under attack by more then 3 times its strength. Reinbaker seized the situation and gave the Admiral advice. The Admeral quickly realized that Reinbaker knew what he was doing and let him have command. The enemy was destroyed and Reinbaker made a hero. The admiral placed him in command of the squadron. Reinbaker rose in rank finally to Grand Admiral not because of his control of his people but because of his skill at tactics and using all his knowledge which he gathered to help him decide his moves. Reinbaker was away during Endor, which was very lucky for the Alliance and he joined up with Moff Comark who he thinks of as a visionary and scholar.
Reinbaker is a scholar and tactician who's tactics are flawless. Unlike other Grand Admirals who ruled by fear, Reinbaker rules by respect. Most of his commanders respect him for his knowledge and follow him to the extreme. He doesn't demand, dismiss, or kill any of his commanders if they make a mistake he just lectures them and points out their errors and how they could have corrected it. Reinbaker is constantly looking for knowledge about history and tactics. He also is looking for a pupil to pass his knowledge along.

Capsule: General Mortel is one of the youngest sector Army commanders in history. Being only 40 years old General Mortel is a very intimidating figure. He began his military life as an lieutenant after graduating from the Army Academy. He was placed in command of a infantry platoon, and quickly made it clear that he was boss. If any of his subordinates failed they were punished severely sometimes by Mortel's old fashioned machine gun or pistol. Mortel instills fear in all of his subordinates fear of falling him. Unlike Grand Admiral Reinbaker who rules by respect and the loyalty of his men, Mortel is very demanding yet he is consistent. If any one fails him they are punished no matter the reason of their failure. Reinbaker still keeps himself in shape and updated in all of the training of a infantry man. Reinbakers troops operate in fear and are very successful because of it, yet they aren't loyal to him at all. The other leaders of CRAM don't really like Mortel's style of killing or severely harming those in his command that fail him even if it means that they are very successful because of it, CRAM is short of officers no matter how good they are.
