4 to 6 pound chuck roast
2 large onions sliced
3 cups of water
Place half the onions in bottom of a 4 to 5 quart pot. Place the chuck roast on top of the onions, and then add the remaining onions on top of the chuck roast. Add the 3 cups of water. Cook on medium heat covered for four hours. When its done drain the water and discard the onions. Break the roast up in little pieces. Add a medium onion chopped, and then add KC MasterPiece Hickory bar-b-que sauce. Use A 28 Oz Bottle use all the bar-b-que sauce.
Of course you place everything back in the pot cover and simmer on low heat for 30 minutes and whaa-laa you got bar-b-que. Serve it on a hamburger bun or just on the plate with some cornbread.
