Beer Bread

3 cups         self-rising flour
12 oz beer   any kind
1 tblsp         sugar

Mix until flour is thoroughly wet, but do not overmix. Dough will be sticky. Pour dough into greased loaf pan and bake at 300 for 45 minutes. You can change the taste by using various types of beer or by adding anything you want. My favoite variation is to add 2 mashed bananas and a couple of dashes of cinnamon. Raisins are also good.
