DUTCH MEATLOAF

1 1/2 lbs  chop meat
1 cup  soft bread crumbs
1 small  onion finely chopped
1/3 cup  finely chopped green pepper
2   eggs beaten
1 1/2 tsp  salt
1/4 tsp  pepper
1 cup  tomato sauce
1 tbs  brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp  prepared mustard
1 tbs  vinegar
   chopped parsely

bake 350* for 1 hour combine beef,breadcrumbs,onion,green pepper,eggs ,salt,and 1/2 cup of tomato sauce;press into an 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 by 3 ich pan. unmold on baking pan.Combine remaining tomato sauce,brn sugar and vinegarand mustard in a small sauce pan and heat thoroly.Spoon sauce over meat loaf. 1
