SHRIMP CREOLE

1 lb   Fresh Shrimp, medium size, shelled and deveined
1 med   Finely Chopped onion
1   Chopped Green bell pepper
1/2 C   Finely chopped celery
2 cloves   Garlic, minced
3 tbs   Butter or margarine
2 tbs   Cornstarch
16 oz   Canned Stewed Tomatoes
8 oz   Canned Tomato Sauce
1 tbs   Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp   Chili powder (or more to taste)
Dash   Tabasco Sauce (or more to taste)

In a saucepan (2 quart), melt butter or margarine over medium heat. Add onion, green pepper, celery, and garlic; cook until tender. Mix in cornstarch. Stir in stewed tomatoes, tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, chili powder, and red pepper sauce. Bring to a boil, stirring frequently. Stir in shrimp, and cook for 5 minutes. 1
