Flounder Stuffed With Shrimp

1 1/2 cup  water
1/2 lb  fresh shrimp
1/2 cup  margarine, softened
1 (3oz) pkg  cream cheese, softened
1-2 oz  blue cheese, crumbled
1 tbs  lemon juice
1 tbs  minced onion
1 1/2 tsp  chopped parsley
1/4 tsp  hot sauce
1/8 tsp  pepper
4 (6oz)  flounder fillets

Boil water in large saucepan. Add shrimp. Cook 3-5 minutes. Drain and rinse well. Peel, devein and chop shrimp. Combine shrimp, margarine, cream cheese, blue cheese, lemon juice, minced onion, chopped parsley, hot sauce and pepper mixing well. Place about 1/4 cup shrimp mixture in center of each flounder fillet, roll up fillet and place seam-side down on a lightly greased 12x8x2 inch baking pan. Bake at 375* for 15-20 minutes. 1
