1/2 C Rice or White Wine Vinegar
Combine vinegar, sugar and salt and pepper to taste in a jar with a tight fitting lid. Shake vigorously until sugar is dissolved. Combine with remaining ingredients in a bowl.
Toss and marinate at least 30 minutes before serving.
