Aurra Sing, page 2I've put the following image on a seperate page because the text it contains could be considered spolier material for the upcoming Episode II or Episode III.
Hmm... let's see. Former Jedi Padawan, who now hunts Jedis for a living and because it appears, she likes to. Currently stalking a self-exiled Jedi on Tatooine. Is this part of the Clone Wars? Is this how the Jedi were exterminated? Why did this Jedi choose self-exile? And what does this have to do with the self-exile chosen by Obi-Wan Kenobi and Yoda in the Classic Trilogy? Lots of questions... can't wait for the answers. (This is just an aside... but this will be a topic covered in the Women of Star Wars Discussion list. Here's a biography submitted by Vader, and taken from the Episode I CD ROM: Aurra Sing trained under the mysterious Dark Woman, the Jedi Master who first identified Ki-Adi-Mundi as a Jedi hopeful. Even at a young age, she was viewed as a difficult student, but the Jedi Council hoped that the Dark Woman would bond with the girl. This did not occur, and Aurra Sing eventually left the Jedi Order, her training incomplete. Aurra Sing used her incredible abilites to become an experienced bounty hunter. Her favorite quarry quickly became Jedi, and she collected at least six lightsabers from fallen foes. While on Tatooine, she spotted the legendary Sharad Hett living among the Tusken Raiders. Accepting a contract from one of Jabba the Hutt's rivals, Sing tracked Hett andeventually murdered him, despite the efforts of Ki-Adi-Mundi. Aurra Sing utilizes a variety of tools during her hunts, including electrobinoculars. She often wears a functional red-and-black jumpsuit, and can be found riding a large, outdated swoop. The swoop has been heavily modified, but it is dented and dirty.
