Last time, in Reawakening of Heroism....
	Chris, Mina, and Terra had met up with an unpleasant fellow named the Fenix Knight, who constantly talked in rhyme, while his companion Brog barely had any English skills at all, while John fell victim to a head injury.  He ran away, and Serena found him.....on his way into the park, in a trance-like state.  And now, on to part 2-

At the temple-
	Terra, Chris, Mina, Ami, Luna, Artemis and Rei were waiting.
	"Where is she?  She should have been here 45 minutes ago!  I swear, she can be such a bubble head sometimes!" Ranted Rei, ad normal.
	"I'm worried....not even Serena is this late" cut in Luna, and quickly added, "unless there's some free samples somewhere."
	Suddenly, Mina's communicator beeped."That should be her." She answered it, "Serena?  Is that you?"
	Her voice came over, somewhat nervous. "Mina?  I found John, he's heading towards the park."
	Terra grabbed Mina's wrist and yelled into the communicator "WELL STOP HIM AND GET HIM OVER HERE!" Large sweat drops formed on everyone's heads.
	"Well..I can't!  He's just not stopping, he won't even answer me when I talk to him!  He's going, and I can't stop him!"
	"Hang on, I'll be right there...." Terra dropped Mina's wrist and darted off, leaving everyone else behind in a cloud of dust.
	Mina was the first to speak.  "What are we waiting for?  Let's go!" She took off after Terra, Chris in tow.

At the park however....
	As John walked on, the voices in his head persisted...
	"Come out!  You can't let your guilt stop you!  HE is here!  You don't want your friends to die, do you?!"
	Finally, he burst out, "NO!"
	Serena caught up to him about the time he yelled out.
	"John?  Can you hear me?  Are you all right?"
	"Huh?" He was bewildered, confused, and had no idea where he was. "Serena?  Where am I, how did I even get here?"
	"You were just wandering!  Everyone's worried!" She grabbed him by the arm "Come on.  We're going to-"
	She was cut off by another voice, more sinister.
	"Yer not leevin' yet, girly!  Not 'till we gots the guy!"
	The monster Brog leaped from a tree in front of her, blocking their exit, holding his sword up menacingly.  While behind them, the Fenix Knight materialized.
	"You think to run,
	But you cannot,
	So stand your ground,
	And show me what you got!"
	Serena was perplexed, *What to do?* She thought, "Who-who are you?"
	"Hiz namez Fenucks Nite, mines Brog." answered the ugly four-foot frog.  "And yerz is gonna be 'Dead'"
	"I think not." Answered a voice from behind him. "I still owe you from that attack from behind!"
	Sailor Earth burst from the bushes to the right, blocking Brog's view of Serena and John.  After that, Neptune Ninja jumped down in front of the Fenix Knight, Sailor Venus dropped next to Chris. 
	"The fun's now starting,
	The fire burns,
	But soon you'll be,
	Just crushed like ferns!"
	"Oh no..." Neptune Ninja started, "Not this rhyming idiot again!"
	Serena cut in,  "Would someone mind explaining what is going on?"
	She got her answer when the others jumped into action. "I guess they would mind...well.." She took her brooch and held it up. "MOON CRYSTAL POWER!"
	A bright flash of light engulfed her when it cleared, Sailor Moon stood in her place.
	"I am Sailor Moon, defender of Justice and Love, and no-"
	"Shut up now,
	Your time has come
	And Finally,
	PHOENIX DARKBLAZE IMPRISON!"
	A black flame engulfed her, trapping her.
	"Serena!" John dove to knock her out of the way, but struck the fiery prison, and was thrown into a tree, which made a stomach turning "crack."
	"JOHN!" the last thing he heard was Terra's voice screaming his name, then everything went white.

	When he awoke, he was in some sort of dream.
	"Hey, so you've finally decided to get here.  I've been waiting!"
	The Phoenix Knight moved from the whiteness to face him.
	"Huh?  You-You're me!  How?" John sputtered.
	"Yes, and you are I as well.  Now, you wish to help your friends?  Well, that's easy!  You and I are one, I was just "vacationing" your ring, hold it above you and shout Phoenix Power!  All of your memories will return to you, and you shall be able to get your friends out of that mess...they're going to need it."
	The apparition began to fade.
	"NO!  WAIT!  YOU CAN'T GO!"
	It was too late, he had disappeared and John woke up, into the very fires of Hell.....

In the park-
	The Sailors and Neptune had taken quite a beating, the Fenix Knight was laughing maniacally, and all of them had been captured in prisons of Blackfire but John and Sailor Mercury.  Brog was just standing there, watching the final moments play out.
	"That was easy,
	 almost fun,
	 but now it's time
	 to say 'we're done.'" After finishing that, The Fenix Knight took his broadsword, as black as his armor, and moved steadily towards Sailor Venus.
	John was wondering what to do when he remembered the words of his past self...
	"No more games.....PHOENIX POWER!"
	His ring glowed a bright orange, and a cocoon of fire surrounded him.
	Wings grew from his back, armor covered his body, at his side a broadsword materialized, everything that same color, orange with faint streaks of white crystal.  When the fire dissipated, he was holding the sword.
	"NO!  PURE HEART SHIELD, PROTECT!" He pointed his free left hand at Sailor Venus, and the blackfire swirling around her dissipated.  She fainted.
	The Fenix Knight was stunned, even afraid at this turn of events.
	"Uh, Brog my friend,
	You get him for me, 
	My head hurts bad,
	Gone my energy...."
	Brog, as simple-minded as he was, believed him, and while the Fenix Knight fled through the black portal to the castle, he turned to the Phoenix Knight.
	"Yer ded meet fella.  I'm gonner kill yas."
	"In your dreams frog-boy!  Say, anyone ever told you that you were pretty?"
	"Rally?  Ya tink?"  He came the closest to blushing as a frog ever had.
	"Yeah, pretty ugly!  Now, take your best shot."
	This made the frog a little peeved, no, actually really mad.  "Ya thenk yer sue smert, well, yer not gonna get me!" He leaps over to where Mina lays. "Come get mey, and girly here is slayed.  Bwah-ha- hah!"
	PK was somewhat confused. "You think so?  If you're just so high-and-mighty, come get me!" 	He was interrupted by a rose slicing across Brog's right arm, and Brog then dropping his sword.
	"Not today you toad!  Won't you guys ever learn?  Evil doesn't pay!"
	Tuxedo Mask landed a few feet away, to the right of Brog, distracting him.
	"And who maght ye be?  What'd I evur do to ya?"
	"You decided to mess with the Sailor Scouts."
	"Now, froggy, come get me!  Or are you scared of the big, bad, winged guy?" John's voice was taunting now, making Brog even madder.
	"Let me shew ya uv my pewur!" He held his hands in the air.  Stepping forward a little. "Now, whut wes dat shpell?"
	While he was thinking, Sailor Venus awoke.  She slowly got up, and seeing that Chris and Terra were still captive in the black flame, she ran to se what she could do.  But trying to reach through the fire, she was burnt, the heat searing into her very soul.  She let out a yelp, and fainted, again.
	Brog was still thinking. "Naw, wasnt wahteer blest...."
	"MINA!" The Phoenix Knight sheathed his sword and rushed over to her, and nearly vomitted from the stench of burning skin.
	"No...NO!  SO LONG I'VE WAITED!" He was on the verge of losing it again. "But, I''ve gained so much as well..." He suddenly remembered something. "Wait, that's it!" He took off his armored gauntlets, and grasped her seared hand and forearm, then began to concentrate. His hands glowed white, her arm did as well, and when the light dissipated there was no burnt skin left on her.
	"Now, Brog.....you and the evil that is your master shall die, both by my hand....." He replaced the gauntlets and re-drew his sword.
	"Not tedey....I've rememb'red that shpell....and yer gonna get eet!"
	Tuxedo Mask was watching from his vantage point abut halfway between the two, realizing the spot he was in, he retreated back to a safer place from which to watch.
	Brog was the first to speak. "CRYIN' WAHTURS, GISH!"
	Now, after hearing the word "water" recognizing it even pronounced that badly, his face went white.  "Uh...does it really have to be water?  Can't you hit me with some sort of black magic?"
	Too late, for as he spoke, a huge waterfall fell on him, knocking him to the ground.  when it dissipated, Brog was doing what someone could call a "victory hop" and John was plastered to the ground.
	While this was going on, both Chris and Terra had awakened as well.  Seeing Mina unconscious, as well as John, Chris was enraged, but Terra, she was completely PO'ed.
	"HEY FROGGO!  WHAT DO YOU THINK YOU'RE DOING?!  YOU CAN PICK ON...."
she stopped when she saw John was once again sporting the wings and armor of the Phoenix Knight, and was starting to get up.
	"Hey, Frog-boy...." His first words were. "Whose your master?" His question was genuine, not realizing to ask it before.
	"Mah masteer?  The Fenks Nite o'curse!  But hees mastur ees the villainou-"
	He was cut off by the voice of Sailor Mars.
	"Only something ugly as you could turn my stomach, but at least it's the last we'll see of you!"
	"Ugly?  Ehm unglee?  Look'd in the mirrer latelee sweythart?"
	"Didn't think you did comebacks.....but enough of this!  Now, you're dead.  I'm pissed off, and my hair is soaked, as well as my entire body under this armor!  AND I HATE WATER!"
	"PHOENIX BLAZE!  ENCLOSURE!" Pointing his sword at Brog, a huge dome of flame covered the area where he was standing.  When it cleared, all that was laft was a pile of ashes about 1 ½ centimeters high.  "Think about that next time you try to get the best of the Phoenix Knight..."
	As he finished these last words, he turned back to the field that Neptune Ninja, Sailor Earth and Moon were trapped in.  To his surprise, the rest of the Sailors were there as well, watching him.
	"Yes?  What do you want?" His voice was calm.
	Mina, who had re-awakened before PK had taken out Brog, was the first to speak. "You don't remember anything about what you did?"
	"Did what?  All I remember is finding you here, and fighting that frog-thing." His voice was collected and clam, but underneath, he remembered everything.  The fight with Chris, how Terra had betrayed him, but then had returned to help him regain some of his fighting skills, and how she had sought to protect him from the Fenix Knight.
	"That's a lie and both you and I know it!  You think a little burn is going to make me go out like a light?  I was awake when you healed me, and heard every word you said!"
	Caught in his own lie, the Phoenix Knight did the only thing he could.  He took off, well, tried to anyway.  His wings, soaked as they were, were too heavy to bring him off the ground, and he crashed with a loud 'BAM!'  Which somewhat saved him, as he passed out.
