He comes and goes without much fanfair, and doesn't talk much about himself. He seemed to be rather annoyed when he found out he couldn't leave the city after he had presented himself to Prince Tempest. The first night he was in the city he killed the Toreador Primogen Winston Smith when Winston frenzied on him after Collin stopped him from trying to kill Genevive.
