Up till now the malkavians of gary have been a sorry and sad lot. more insane than an asylum full of lunatics. They moved through unlife with a cartoonlike indifference to thier surroundings. That is until Victor arrived. This Malkavian elder is disturbingly sane. Or is he?
Victor has a reputation for ruthlessness that precedes him. He has been used by various princes in the past to root out threats to their reign and to the Camarilla. He has very little
respect for kindred life and does not appreciate anyone breaking the Masquerade.
With him in town the kindred of Gary had best watch their backs.
