The Knights of the Empire. A bastion of hope in a world of chaos. They are staunch defenders of law and truth and protect the Empire from it's many enemies. The death of a knight is a tragedy mourned by the entire Empire, but even in death they have their uses.
Necromancers value the bodies of slain knights and use their unholy sorcery to bring a semblance of life back into their bones. These undead warriors are strong and skillful, retaining some of their power from when they were alive, but now they are dangerous threat to the Empire they once fought to protect.
At the sight of these Undead Knights, many warriors have turned and fled. Brave knights have ran in abject terror before those who were once their comrades. To some however, the sight of the Undead Knights hardens their hearts, giving them courage and the determination to destroy them and return their bodies to the grave.

Weapons/armour: Undead Foot Knights wield swords and wear heavy armour.

Options: They may have a magic standard. They may be equipped with shields (+1 point per model), double-handed swords (+2 points per model) or halberds (+2 points per model).
They may not have a unit champion, but may be joined by other characters as normal.
Special rules
All rules that apply to the Undead apply to the Undead Foot Knights e.g. no march
moves.
Undead Foot Knights are immune to psychology and cause fear.
They suffer additional casualties if beaten in combat in the same way as Skeletons.
Undead Foot Knights may benefit from Vanhel's Danse Macabre. They may also be summoned by
the usual spells. However each Knight summoned counts as two models.
The Undead Foot Knights cause terror in Knights of the Empire. If the Knights
pass this test then they become immune to both fear and terror caused by
the Undead Foot Knights for the rest of the game. This represents their determination.
