114. Dr. Bashir, I Presume

Summary

A. Dr. Lewis Zimmerman arrives on DS9 to work on a Long-term Medical Hologram, which will be based on Bashir. To Rom's dismay, Zimmerman pursues Leeta. To Bashir's consternation, Zimmerman invites his parents to the station against his wishes, a development which threatens to bring to light the fact that Bashir was genetically enhanced as a child. This could cause him to be discharged from Starfleet and lose his license to practice medicine. After Julian's parents let slip the information, his father makes a deal with Admiral Bennett, to go to prison in exchange for Julian keeping his career.

B. Rom finally declares his love for Leeta.
