65. Through the Looking Glass

Summary

O'Brien suddenly pulls a phaser on Sisko in Ops, and they are transported to the mirror universe visited by Kira and Bashir in "Crossover". O'Brien, who is actually the mirror O'Brien, tells Sisko that Sisko's mirror self has been killed while leading a rebellion against the Alliance. He wants Sisko to take the mirror Sisko's place for one job: to prevent Jennifer Sisko, who is very much alive in this universe, from completing work on a transpectral array that will enable the Alliance to find the rebels. Sisko leads a raid on the station, and convinces the mirror Jennifer to join the rebels. They escape, with Intendent Kira swearing to hunt Sisko down. Sisko returns to his own universe.
