THE SHADOWS
The Shadows were estiblished in December of 96 on server 105 by The Grim Reaper as a secret covert guild to help the Black Company gaither information. It's original membership was kept secret from the general public and had been restricted to a few unique individuals. It has had a number of Guildmasters; The Grim Reaper, Dragon Master, Overlord, Lordbyron. In the summer of 97' the Shadows were disbanded and became the Dragon's Claw. The DC lasted for may months, but in the Winter of 97' TigerLord returned from deep sleep and restarted the Shadows as a public guild. The current membership is larger than ever before and they have traded in the Sewer hall, that had been owned since 96', for the Den of Shadows. The guild is now an open guild and is always pleased to invite others of good standing to join.

THE SHADOW COMPANY
The Shadow Company was estiblished in March of 97 on server 105 by The Grim Reaper as a public guild with open membership to any person of good standing. When the Black Company members stopped being involved on 105, the Shadows decided there was a need for a public guild for them to be linked to. Thus was formed the Shadow Company. The Shadow Company however lasted for only a few months. The old BC members went into eternal sleep and the few remaining active members all fled back to the Shadows. Over time the guild money ran out and the guild was disbanded by Fular.

THE BLACK COMPANY
The Black Company was founded by CROAKER in JUNE '96 on meridian Beta server 5
The Black Company was established as a guild for Ultima Online 12/10/96 by the officers and non-commisioned officers of the Black Company on Meridian 59 server 105.
The Black Company in Meridian 59 on server 105 was disbanded in April of 97 because of a lack of involvement. Most of the remaining members have since gone on to other things with only The Grim Reaper and TigerLord remaining, although past members like Mudoogul and Palin can still be found wandering around on 105. Some of the other notible past BC members include; Lord Arlin, Frak, Straight Arrow, EarthlyOne, Mad.. Mage..., Haystacks, Kadzia, Lord Arioch, Otto, and many other honorable people that have since pasted on.
