Walkthrough
BEFOREHAND
Basically, clear the Thieves' Hideout to gain the Gerudo Card. Your only concern now is to recover the other necessary items from their various locations. Though the Gerudo Training Ground is marked on the map after you enter and you start from the entrance if you turn the game off in here, the Grounds have no map. This means you won't be able to use Farore's Wind to set up a warp point or be able to look up your current location.
The easiest way to find the entrance to the grounds is by entering the grounds of the Gerudo Fortress from Gerudo Valley. Look along the right side for a steep set of stairs which leads up to a Gerudo in white guarding a gate. Pay her 10 Rupees and she'll retract the gate, allowing you to enter. However, you must pay 10 Rupees whenever you want to re-enter the Grounds.

TRAINING OF A HYLIAN KNIGHT
In the first room of the Training Ground, look behind you for an Eye Switch that can reveal a chest. Also, play the Song of Storms where Navi turns green to reveal a large fairy. There are three doors in this first room; the left door leads to the first half of the grounds, the centre door leads to the locked door room, and the third door leads to the last half of the training grounds. Don't bother about the right-most door; it's better off being used as an exit rather than an entrance.

Adult Link En Guarde Go through the left door to enter the first room, where two Stalfos Knights await. Defeat them both within a minute to clear this room. There is a moving switchblade in the way, so it's a good idea to stay on the sand to avoid it, though you'll gradually sink partially into the sand. Once both Knights are out, the door to the next room will open and a chest containing a Key will appear.
This next room has many rolling boulders and hidden firewalls. You have one minute to locate the five Silver Rupees here; many of them are hidden where the boulders roll. Use the Longshot to grapple the higher areas, and eventually the door to the next room will open. Use the Longshot target to grapple it and bypass the hidden firewall.
In the next room, there are four Wolfos hidden; two regular and two White Wolfos. Defeat them all to reveal a chest. Now, see the other (fake) door in the room? Look above it with the Lens of Truth to reveal a Longshot target. Grapple it and step on the switch; it will retract the bars over another door in this room. Go back to the main area and, with the Silver Gauntlets, push the block out of the way to reveal a hidden room.
Three Like Likes and a trapped Treasure Chest are here, but defeat all the hostiles and you'll be able to nab about 200 Rupees! Also, use the Lens of Truth to reveal another hidden chest with a Key. Now return to the previous room.

Link the Archer Head back up to the hidden passage revealed with the Lens of Truth and go through the door. On the narrow gantry, play the Scarecrow's Song to reveal Pierre and note the barred door. Drop down onto the safe platform; hit the eyes in the four faces of the central statue to stop the moving platform and reveal another chest, which must be grappled with the Longshot in order to recover its Key. That done, grapple Pierre and you'll now be able to enter another hidden room with only a chest containing another Key. Return to the previous room then go through the open door.
In this next room, neutralize all of the hostiles and now use the Hammer to smash every last statue in the room. One reveals a timed Floor Switch, but this switch does not indicate when its time will run out. Step on this switch to lower the flames around the chest and grab the Key. Now, hit the Eye Switch to retract the bars over the door and enter the next room.
This next room is set over lava, but you don't need the Goron Tunic to survive. What you do need is the Hover Boots to extend your jumping distance and reach the Silver Rupees. Play the Song of Time where Navi turns green to reveal extra platforms, and use the timed Floor Switch to lower the flames and reach one Silver Rupee. Another Key is lying around near the blocks revealed with the Song of Time, and a passage here leads to part of the locked door room: ignore it.
Once the doors open, head for the platform with the torch opposite the blocks revealed with the Song of Time. Enter here and play the Song of Time to dissipate the four blocks and reveal a current-filled pond, where you must gather five Silver Rupees. Don the Iron Boots and the Zora Tunic to head for the depths; make sure you get rid of any hostiles before proceeding to gather the Rupees. Try standing in certain positions and switching back to the Kokiri Boots to gain some Rupees, and take advantage of the Longshot targets to gather the others. Your reward is a chest with a Key appearing on the surface.
Once all the Rupees are collected the chest will appear back up at dry land containing the key. Now head back to the lava room, and head through the door opposite the one you first entered. In this next room are two Dinolfos and a Beamos; take all three out within one minute, 30 seconds and the next Key will appear. Now, when you enter the next door you'll be back in the main room.

Ice Arrow Once you're back in the first room, go through the centre door. You'll find two locked doors on both the left and right sides. Go right for some powerups and a way back to the lava room; you'll use two Keys before coming to a dead end. However, from the first two doors, go left and use the Lens of Truth to spot the illusion in the roof. Climb up there and you'll come the final Key (that's a total of 10 Keys, by the way). Now, head back down to the main area of this room and open every locked door in your path; helpful items will be found along the way. Eventually, you'll come to the main prize of this complex: the Ice Arrows!
