I earned my MS in Instructional Technology (MSIT) at Bloomsburg University. I am also a graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP). While at IUP, I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with minors in Sociology and Women's Studies.

My most recent position was at Black & Decker. As an Instructional Designer at Black 7 Decker, I designed online product training courses. This involved gathering content, creating outlines, creating goals and objectives, and storyboarding courses.

At Bloomsburg University I was a graduate assistant for the Institute for Interactive Technologies (IIT). The IIT consists of faculty, staff, and graduate students. Together, they design and develop interactive learning solutions for a variety of clients. The IIT also provides consultation, analyses, and performs research.

The graduate assistantships enabled me to gain experience in both Instructional Design and Project Management. While employed with the IIT, I worked on projects for various clients such as Toys R Us, AXIOM Professional Health Care Learning, and Magee Rieter Automotive Systems.
