Today’s Children

In this world today, children age too fast
Too soon are they young adults,
that don’t allow their fun to last
Kids too eager to have kids;
Kids too eager to grow up;
Kids too eager to try too much;
Kids too eager, parents fed-up!
They need to realize today only comes once,
there is no second chance;
And the long life they intend to live,
will vanish in a glance!
So, children of today,
stay young as long as you can,
And live life to the fullest,
finish up God’s plan!
