Josh

This is a dedication page to someone who has meant a lot to many people.
Yes he was only a teenager, but he lived his life to the fullest.
He is missed by many and is loved by all.
He has left a legacy that must be carried on in all of the hearts
that he has touched.
Joshua "Josh" Wayne Dickey, was born on October 7, 1984. He was the cutest baby to be seen.
But who is to say that not all babies are cute when the are first born, but you know as they grow,
just like Josh, they only get cutier. Although Josh was the cutiest of them all.
All through his life Josh was the main attention getter of all people, not to mention all the girls he got.
Girls called after him night and day.Josh was someone of all rounds of life. He never really did let anything get to him much.
He was the comic relief in a serious moment when he was little. Always trying to make someone laugh,
even if it is only for a brief moment. He never really had a serious look on his face, oh wait,
he did when it came to girls. If he was alive today he would be jamming to the song "Girls, Girls, Girls" by Jay-Z.
For Josh surely did love girls. But anything else in his life besides girls, he really never took too much time in concentrating on.
Yes he did do a few organizations such as football, baseball, and of course is favorite that he cherished, was always boy scouts. Josh went from a cub scout to the first level of a boy scout. During all this which took most of his elementary career, and in to his first year of Junior high. Which in Dallas, unlike most places all over the world, Junior contained sixth, seventh, and eighth grades.
I guess you could say that Josh was something of an acheiver. But somewhere along the way he lost his intrest in all aspects of organizations. And decided that hanging out with friends was more important. Well his friends equaled his family.
Josh put his friends and family on the same level. He never really put one above the other. But on some cases he did. Such has wanting to stay out all nite and to party, when of course dad would say no way. Of course each end help up their cases. And in all given circumstances any normal teenager at my brother's age would love to be out and party with friends. But all and all party never comes before sleep.
He was always one for sleep. This is how much Josh loved to sleep, he worked out a plan to make his school schedule revolve around his sleeping schedule. He thought hey, I can make my school schedule revovle around me, which this makes him think that he has to be comfortable when he learns. Not really.
But that was always his thinking. School and him really never mixed, although Josh was an actual academic maniac. He had all smarts possibly thinkable. And yes of course that included the occasional street smarts that he seemed to always get himself out of. He preferred himself more of a street smart person than school. For Josh knew how to get away from a sticky situation like no other.
And when it came to dares or if there is no room for him to sit comfortably, he would always make some kind of mention to make himself comfortable. Take for instance falling off a car. There was no more room for him in the car, so he rode on top of the car. And well they turned the corner just a little too fast and Josh fell off. Scraped the hell out of his arm. Still he wanted to get back up and do it all over again.
My brother was one who will remember for the rest of their lives. His legend will always live on. He will be remember from now till twenty years from now. And maybe even further on. He is a legacy. A testamony that must be heard.
