The small town of Franklyn, PA is rocked by bizzare killings. Mulder deduces that the killers had phobias that could be exploited by subliminal means, and that it was simply a huge experiment by the government. All done. Bye bye.
10/07/94 Sleepless
First appearance of Krycek. Also first appearance of X, Mulder's new informant. Mulder and his new partner Alex Krycek investigate a case where a Vietnam vet can project his consciousness onto others. Krycek reports to the Consortium.
10/14/94 Duane Barry PART ONE OF TWO
A former FBI agent takes hostages and demands that he be let go to an abduction site that he can't remember where it is located, taking one of the hostages with him. Mulder trades himself for one of the hostages, and gets Barry to let down his guard. Barry is taken prisoner, but escapes, and later that night, attacks Scully.
10/21/94 Ascension PART TWO OF TWO
Scully is abducted by Barry and taken to Skyland Mountain. Mulder, when trying to rescue Scully, is hampered in his efforts by Krycek, but outmaneuvers him. When Mulder gets to the top of Skyland Mountain, Barry is alone -- the aliens have taken Scully. Krycek vanishes, and Skinner reopens the X-Files.

First appearance of the Mighty Morphin' Alien Bounty Hunter (MMABH for short). Mulder appears in Alaska, beaten up and suffering from severe hypothermia. The episode starts to tell the tale on how he got that way...
Clones are back...Samantha is back, MMABH takes on the form of Mulder and locates Scully...
02/17/95 End Game PART TWO OF TWO
Scully is abducted by the MMABH, and Samantha tells Mulder that the MMABH is trying to kill her, and the only way to kill the MMABH is to hit him in the back of the neck. The exchange is made, and the MMABH, holding onto Samantha, falls over the bridge after being hit in the back of the neck. Mulder discovers more Samantha clones. Mulder makes a trip to Alaska, and is beaten severely by the MMABH, and infected by an alien retrovirus. Scully figures out how to save him, and Mulder recovers.

A zoo in Fairfield, Idaho is at the center of this mystery, where no animal can reproduce to term, and where invisible forces are at work.

A Navy ship suddenly disappears in the North Atlantic, and only one man survives, but even though he is only 28, he looks like an old man. The agents travel to Norway, and become stranded on the USS Ardent, and begin the rapid aging process themselves.

A scientist is trapped in a particle accelerator and is exposed to a high amount of energy, and therefore, his shadow vaporizes anyone who comes into contact with it. The scientist tells Mulder that the government wants to learn his secrets. X eventually takes the scientist away for testing.

Good People. Good Food. Cannibalism runs rampant in this town of Dudley, Arkansas, and they don't want any FBI agents nosing around.
05/19/95 Anazasi SEASON CLIFFHANGER
Krycek returns. Mulder is given top-secret files detailing the government's work in hiding the truth -- but they're encoded in Navajo. Krycek kills Mulder's father before he can reveal the truth to Mulder. A Navajo named Albert Hosteen begins to translate the files, and Mulder finds a boxcar full of alien bodies. CSM shows up, and orders the boxcar destroyed.
