The CSM is confounded by Mulder's inexplicable escape from the boxcar. Scully is faced with a possible job loss, and Mulder returns from the dead through a Navajo ritual called The Blessing Way. Melissa Scully is shot in Dana's apartment by Krycek. Skinner and Scully point their guns at each other in Mulder's apartment...
09/29/95 Paper Clip SEASON OPENER, PART THREE OF THREE
Mulder comes through the door of his apartment, and ends the standoff between Scully and Skinner. Skinner produces the top-secret computer disk, and informs his agents that he is going to keep that disk. With the help of the LGM, M&S identify Victor Klemper, who gives our intrepid duo the place where the photograph was taken that he was ID'd from, and also mentioned Napier's Constant. When they go to the mine, they find seemingly endless file cabinets filled with tissue samples from US citizens. Skinner goes to Melissa's hospital room, and as he leaves, he is beaten up and the disk taken away from him. Skinner later threatens to expose CSM if any harm come to M&S. He reveals that Albert Hosteen has spread the contents of the disk to his whole tribe through the oral tradition. Melissa dies during surgery.

A psychic man goes on a killing spree, and another psychic, Clyde Bruckman, who is an insurance salesman, accurately tells how one died, and where Mulder and Scully can find other bodies. He also gives Mulder the prophecy of his death.

Mulder chases the maker of a 'alien autopsy' tape, and Scully finds a group of women who claims that she is one of them.
12/01/95 731 PART TWO OF TWO
X tells Scully that her implant is the key to all questions. Mulder, who jumped atop a train in the last episode, is trapped in the quaratine car with a killer. When Scully phones Mulder with the access code, the killer turns on Mulder, but is killed by X, and he carries Mulder out of the car before it explodes.

Scully protects a little boy who has stigmata (bleeding from the palms as if he had been nailed to a cross) is being chased by a killer, whose MO is killing people who claim to have stigmatas.

Mulder and Scully recount a recent case of theirs that involves an alien abduction cover-up by the government. Watch for MIB Jesse 'The Mind' Ventura and Alex Trebek. Also home of Mulder's 'girly scream'.

A man seemingly heals victims at a fast food shooting. CSM and Mulder's mother have an argument, after which she is hospitalized. The man is arrested at the place he works, and taken away by CSM. Seemingly the same man turns up at the FBI, wanting to turn himself in. His name is Jeramiah Smith. Mulder finds a stiletto weapon like what the MMABH carries. CSM finds that he is dying of lung cancer. One of the Smiths finds Scully, and she drives to a secluded place and rendevous with Mulder...but then the MMABH appears...
