All sounds have been recorded in Mono 8-bit WAV format. Files that are zipped need PKZip or WinZip in order to decompress them. If you wish to use these sounds (besides on your own computer), please consult the disclaimer.
With several of these sounds, I've made the long silences (well, as long as you can get when looking through a sound program--sometimes it's just a tenth of a second) a bit shorter, just to save space. Doesn't make all that much of a difference, but those few kbs go a long way when they start to stack up. So they're not exactly the same as they would be during the ep, but the important parts are there.

Yuna: Is it possible that humanity wasn't destroyed?
| Gen: The probability would seem low--the Deepwater data banks remained current until our vessel fell outside communications reception. Reb: But it's not out of the realm of possibility. Gen: It is possible. 55 kb

Kaulman: Well...I'm so glad to see that my staff was able to outfit
you in something more appropriate for Korfu.

Reb: How is it that you suffered a disease that was eradicated over
four centuries ago?
| Kaulman: Oh, you wouldn't know this, of course. The virus was not eradicated per se. It was controlled--kept in remission by a treatment of regular DNA irradiation. A total cellular rejuvenation. A not unhappy side effect of cell regeneration is that it prolongs life. Apparently, indefinitely. 129 kb

Ms. Marcus: Let's cut to the chase, Lowell. There's been a rumour
that a cure has been found at one of our sister labs.
| Lowell: Aw, right, available only to the wealthy and powerful. I'm surprised at you, Ms. Marcus--that's an urban myth. Ms. Marcus: Then how could you possibly justify corporate cost saving when lives hang in the balance? Gret: This is murder. It's genocide! Lowell: Lowell Pharmaceuticals will not submit to emotional blackmail. The lab is closed. 116 kb

Lise: They stopped us.
Bren: They saved us and themselves.
Zak: Either that or the afterlife is just like Deepwater.
Gen: On the latter question I have insufficient data, but you
are definitely alive.

Reb: Could be alloy fatigue.
Yuna: From what?
Reb: Probably one of your wild hyperspace maneuvers.
Yuna: Those 'wild maneuvers' saved your hide today.
Reb: I cannot deny it.

eaten through by acid. Be careful, OK?

Yuna: You know, the next time you have to leave the ship, you

Reb: And deprive you of my charismatic company?
Yuna: Oh, puh-lease. To think I'd survive.
