Background

Connors lost his arm in combat, but his later research into reptilian biology lead to an experiment
intended to regenerate his limb in the same way that lizards can regrow their tails. The result was
devastatingly effective - restoring his arm, but also resulting in his transformation into a giant lizard.

Spider-Man managed to intervene, and used Connor's own notes to produce a serum to revert
the transformation, but also reverting the regeneration of Connor's lost limb. Connor's attempted
to live a normal life, but extreme stress, or exposure to different chemicals could, and often did,
trigger his transformation into the rampaging Lizard.

As Lizard, he worked towards the destruction of the 'Pink-skins', and sought to create a world
populated only by reptiles. The Lizard hated all humans, but would stop short at hurting the family
of Dr Connorsssss *hiss*. With each transformation however, his humanity was more deeply
suppressed, and his family lived forever in fear.

Recently, he seemed to have transformed into the Lizard permanently (and a larger and more
lethal version too). In Prime #infinity, the Lizard was transported to the Ultraverse - although
rumour has it that he may yet return some day.
