The Minbari homeworld is believed to be a terrestrial planet with a nitrox atmosphere. It is the seventh planet from the Minbari star. In accord with the notable minimum distance this gives it, it possesses a north polar ice cap covering 25% of the planet.
Crystal deposits on Minbar are so frequent and large, that many of the cities are cut directly from them.
Minbari are largely human in appearance, save for lower set ears, and a bony crest that wraps around the back of the head.
Delenn, formerly of the Grey Council, is the Minbari ambasador to Babylon 5.
Minbari technology is superior to all but Vorlon technology. Minbari have artificial gravity and non-Newtonian drives. They are rumored to possess organic technology.
